BE CAREFUL; BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW WHO IS WATCHING (Thursday, 9th October 2025)
Text for Today: Acts 3:1-9 “And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful.” (vs. 2).
Let me start by praying for you today that, may you not be saucy to your destiny helper in Jesus name. Your disposition to people God has planted in your life will determine how far they will be willing to go for your sake. Many people have missed out of their divine help because of the way they behaved to their helpers of destiny. From our text for today, if the lame man had misbehaved to those who laid him daily at the gate of the temple, they may have opted out of that noble cause, and that may have made him to miss his day of encounter that brought about his supernatural healing.
As we commend those who brought him to the gate of the temple daily, we must also commend the lame man himself for his good behavior that made those people committed to his cause no matter what it will cost them. Even when some people treat you badly out there, you must be careful of how you react because there are many others who are watching you, who may fall into the categories of your destiny helpers. That is why you must learn how to respond to all issues with great wisdom and maturity because you don’t know who is watching. The lame man had been watching others go in and come out of the temple for so many years, but he couldn’t because of his infirmity. Remember the Bible says in Acts 4:22 that, the lame man was over forty years. So, you could imagine the number of years he had watched others do what he could not do. As you go out today, I speak to your life prophetically that the Lord will empower you to do what you could not do for years.

Covenant Prayer
- Father, I thank you for the privilege of seeing another new day.
- I command every force limiting my destiny to one spot to die.
- I receive grace to begin to do what I could not do before.
- As I step out today, my helper of destiny shall locate me.
