BE ON GUARD AGAINST THOSE WHO MAY WANT TO BRING YOU DOWN (Saturday, 30th August, 2025)
Text for Today: Daniel 6:10-24 “And the king gave the command, and they brought those men who had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions.” (vs. 24).
Let me start today by praying for you that, those who are plotting your downfall will go down for your sake. Every satanic agent, whose only assignment is finding a way to make your life miserable, shall be consumed by his own evil machination in Jesus name. Is it a crime for a man to be lifted up in the place of his work and assignment, definitely no, but there are people who take it as a crime against us when our lives keep progressing. That was the offense of Daniel from our text for today, when all his colleagues at work in the kingdom rose up against him because his life was progressing. I decree today that, whoever is sad because your life is moving forward will remain sad forever.
Beloved, you must know that not everybody that surrounds you will be happy with the good that your life will bring about as you progress in life. Hear this, it does not matter the number of people who may be against you, the Mighty one in battle is able to crush them right before your face if you put your trust in him. One hundred and twenty-two kingdom officials, among whom we have two governors, rose up against Daniel and they were bent on killing him. But God Almighty turned the table against them. I see God turning the table against all the enemies of your glory this day, this month and this year in the name of Jesus. Those men who plotted evil against Daniel eventually brought disaster and calamity upon their entire households, because all their wives and children were thrown into the lion’s den alongside with them.
