Being Challenged In Life Is Inevitable, Being Defeated Is Optional
Text for Today: Is. 41:8-20 “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you.” (vs. 10).
Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal. The greater the obstacles are, the more daring and confrontational you should become in life.
I don’t run away from a challenge because I am afraid; instead, I run towards it like David did, because the only way to escape fear is to trample it beneath your foot. If you are too gentle and quiet before the troubles of life, they will end your life suddenly.
The only way not to allow your trouble to abort your destiny is for you to confront it and subdue it before it does. It is very possible for you to prove difficult for your troubles.
When you prove stubborn and ruthless and you cultivate an adamant spirit you can subdue your problem. So many people have allowed their issues to turn them to tissue.
You can clearly see it on their faces and you can tell from their attitude and disposition that they allowed the problem to go through them instead of them dealing with the problem.
When you encounter obstacles, don’t turn your back on them like King Saul and the Israelites did, face them, confront them and you will see them dissolving in front of your eyes. The scripture clearly state it that you will pass through fire, it will not burn you.
You may not have influence over what happens around you but you can influence what happen within you. What happens within you is more important than what happens around you.
It will determine your fate. It will decide your victory or vanquish. Let not your heart be troubled with troubles.
