HIS SEED OF KINDNESS SECURED THE JOB FOR HIM (Wednesday, 24th December 2025)

Text for Today: Gal. 6:6-10 “Do not be deceived God is not mocked; for whatever man sows, that he will also reap.” (vs. 7).

Every blessed brand-new day we have the privilege to witness, present us with full new opportunities to sow new seeds in form of love, kindness, labour, and material possessions. However, we must endeavour to maximize these opportunities to the praise and glory of His name. As we go out to engage in our daily endeavours, we are sowing seeds by our words and actions. By our acts of kindness or wickedness, politeness or rudeness, courtesy or snobbishness, etc, some forms of seeds are sown.

A story is told of a lady who fell at a train station; everyone walked past her, but for a young man who stayed behind to assist the lady and even missed his train; on arrival at his destination, though behind schedule he still went to the venue of his interview. On getting there, though late, he still met the panel because they were waiting for this lady who, unknown to this young man, was the head of the panel to interview him for the job. There was no need for an interview as the testimony of the woman caused the panel to unanimously offer the young man the job, which has to do with human relations department of the organization. His seed of kindness had been repaid! What kind of seeds are you sowing? Let us beware of the seed of discord which some sow among brethren. It does not take time for seed to grow to a harvest. I want to charge you today, to go all out and begin to sow seed of love in your family, seed of commitment and dedication in your church, office, school, community etc., and you will reap a life of joy and peace. Glory be to God!

You are a Champion!

Further Study: Prov. 6:16-19.
