IF YOU LOSE HIS PRESENCE YOU HAVE LOST EVERYTHING (Tuesday, 24th March 2026)
Text for Today: Ex. 33:12-23 “And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (vs. 14).
Don’t become ignorant not to know the worth of His presence until you lose it. Samson never recovered from this loss. As I was growing up in life as a little boy, anytime I am around my father, I have no fear and I always display a kind of confidence I don’t find when he is not around. As my father, I have the belief that he can handle any situation that may come our ways once he is around. In the same way, enjoying God’s presence should make us bold, strong and confident to move ahead in the journey of life, not fearing any intimidation or adversary. The more of His presence you carry, the more power you will have at your disposal as a child of God.
Meditate on the Word of God regularly, worship Him in songs and fellowship with Him regularly are sure ways of enjoying His presence. Constantly invite the Holy Spirit to be with you in evident ways as often as possible. Avoid anything that would grieve Him. You’ll find that as your life is filled with the atmosphere of the Holy Spirit, miracles, signs and wonders will be a natural overflow. Don’t do anything that will cause you to get out of His presence, it will be dangerous and you may not be able to handle it. If you go through the Bible, we have so many accounts of men and women who missed out of God’s presence and how they paid dearly for it, some with their lives while some became a subject of mockery even when they were still alive. Desire His presence, cherish it and adore it all through your days on earth and you will see the amazing flow of power and grace in your life.
