NO ONE HAS GONE BEYOND REDEMPTION IN LIFE (Thursday, 5th November 2026)

Text for Today: Hosea 3:1-5 “Then the Lord said to me, “Go again, love a woman who is loved by a lover and is committing adultery, just like the love of the Lord for the children of Israel…” (vs. 1).

Following divine instructions without questioning is one the things we must do as children of God, if we want to go far in our walk with God. Beloved, certain things are strange to do in life, except for divine leading. Such things may make people to give you names and begin to even stay away from you. However, time will tell when the results of your compliance to God’s directives begin to roll in. Such was the case of Prophet Hosea in our study for today, whom God instructed to go and take a “Grade A” harlot as a wife. On the other side, you also need to know that, God never gives up on anybody who is still alive, His mercy, love and compassion is always available to everyone who will embrace it. The story of Gomar, becoming a Prophet’s wife is also unimaginable.

God told Hosea to go and get a wife who is a harlot and showed her an undeserved love. What an instruction! The prophet did this and after three children, Pastor Mrs. Gomar Hosea, still went back to her former profession of prostitution, leaving the love and affection her husband had for her. Despite this, God still asked Hosea to go and look for her and still love her the same way, what an undeserved love she received. Same goes to all of us, Jesus still love us in spite of our shortcomings, waywardness and disobedience, He bought us with a good price which is His blood and as long as we are still alive His love and compassion will never fail. The Bible calls Him Husband, while we are the Bride. However, be careful not to abuse His love for you.

You are a champion!

Further Study: Luke 15:11-32.

Covenant Prayers

  1. Father, I thank you for the undeserved love I enjoy from you.
  2. Lord, I shall not abuse your love and kindness towards me.
  3. Father, I surrender to your will and love, let me not wander away.
  4. Lord, cleanse me up from all my guilt of sin in Jesus’ name.
