THE KING OF KINGS THEY SERVE RELOCATED THEM TO THE TEMPLE FROM THE PRISON (Saturday, 25th July 2026)
Text for Today: Acts 5:12-26 “So one came and told them, saying, “Look, the men whom you put in prison are standing in the temple and teaching the people.” (vs. 25).
Right from the foundation of the earth and up till now, no man can stop God Almighty whenever He chooses to do a thing or deliver any of His children. Some stubborn kings tried it in the Bible and they were humbled and ridiculed. There is nowhere on earth or under the earth where God’s power cannot be made manifest according to His purpose. From our text for today, the High Priest who ought to be happy that God’s kingdom is expanding day after day instead became furious and plotted evil against the disciples who were simply spreading the gospel all over.
Apart from the fact that they do not believe in the gospel, another problem they had was that, they did not partake of the glory and accolades that came along with many miracles that accompanied the disciples’ teachings and ministrations. Beloved, do not mind who takes the glory, just make sure that the gospel is spreading very fast and wide, while the kingdom of God is expanding. They kept the disciples in prison, but the King of kings they serve relocated them to the temple and kept the prison doors locked back as if nobody touched them. Your God is able and more than able to step into any situation you are in at the moment and make all things work together for your good. As you step out today, you will see God’s power at work in your life in Jesus name. Always remember, “No man can stop him.”
