A Life Of Struggle Continues Until An Encounter Takes Place
Text for Today: Luke 5:1-11 “And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.” (vs. 6).
A encounter with divinity is what a destiny needs to move from a pitiable situation to becoming an enviable one. A life of struggles and mockery will persist until an encounter with God’s power happens.
From our text for today, Peter was at the junction of failure, frustration and dashed hope when he was washing his net after all night labour and toiling with nothing to show for it, before Jesus stepped into the situation. I see God Almighty stepping into that challenging situation in your life, career, academics and business in the name of Jesus.
There is no one who has the capacity to change your story except the Almighty. Going through the scriptures, we have several accounts of men and women whose stories were changed radically at the point where they thought it was all over, through divine encounter.
Beloved, what you need for a changed story is “AN ENCOUNTER.” Hannah had an encounter at Shiloh, she became a testifier, Jacob encountered Him, his name was changed immediately, irrespective of all that happened in his past, the three Hebrew men also had an encounter with the fourth man in the midst of the fire, and they became the talk of the town.
I pray for you today that, you will have an encounter that will turn things around for you this month of September, in the name of Jesus. Beloved, if not for some moment and seasons of encounter I’ve had in life, I wont be where I am today.
You are the next testifier in Jesus name.
