ALWAYS LOOK AHEAD TO EXPERIENCE A TURNAROUND (Sunday, 28th December 2025)
Text for Today: Philip. 3:8-14 “But one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead. “(vs. 13b).
Those who keep looking back to what happened in their past years, won’t be able to see or recognize the opportunities for turnaround ahead of them. As we continue with our study on covenant tools for turnaround, another covenant tool for it is to ALWAYS LOOK AHEAD. You must not remain static, or else you become a laughing stock among the people. In the journey of life, moving forward and experiencing turnaround brings excitement and fulfillment to one’s life. Anyone who remains on the same spot for too long will begin to stink, and those around him will begin to pass all manners of insult at him. The reason why you are a child of God is to show forth the glory of your heavenly Father.
Every right-thinking human being in the world today is thinking of how to make progress in life; thus, you need to look forward to make your mark in destiny, you need to look forward to end up being on top. Many people miss it in life because they hold on to their past. As you step into year 2026, I charge you to leave your past behind and simply look ahead. Do not hold on to your past. It is true you have suffered in the past; you were cheated, humiliated, or abused, stop taking account of your past suffering, and rather start confessing your future dreams. Your past is history, your present is a bypass and your future is a mystery where your turnaround resides. Learn to accept what you cannot change and make new efforts. Beloved, I want you to know that your future is bigger, brighter and more glorious than the past you left behind.

- Father, I appreciate you for the gift of life of seeing today.
- Dear Lord, give me grace to always look ahead.
