DON’T DIE UNNOTICED, STAY ACTIVE WITH THE WORD (Wednesday, 15th October 2025)
Text for Today: Mark 5:25-34 “For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” (vs. 28).
Each of us has responsibilities to carry out so as to live a fulfilled life here on earth. A truth I encountered many years ago, while I was growing up as a young worker in God’s vineyard is that “Nothing happens on its own in life, things are made to happen.” That is why whoever chooses to remain idle over his dreams and God’s promises will die unexpressed and unnoticed, and that’s the greatest disaster in life. Let us consider some divine principles that will help a believer to activate and receive the prophecies of God. (i) CONCEIVE IT: To conceive means to be pregnant with something.
We have to allow the seed of God’s word to be rooted in us by the help of the Holy Spirit. (ii) BELIEVE IT BY FAITH BY CONFESSING AND CLAIMING IT (2 Chron. 20:20). Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. (Hab. 2:2). (iii) RECEIVE IT: Believing leads to receiving. The Bible says in Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” The promises of God cannot fail. Whatever He said to us He will surely do. (iv) BE FAITHFUL TO GOD IN TITHING – It is one thing to be faithful, it’s another thing to claim to be faithful; they’re not the same. The fact that you claim to be faithful does not mean that you’re faithful. Unfortunately, talk is cheap. If you will connect with grace to pay attention to these divine principles, nothing will be able to stop you from enjoying all the promises of God for your life.
