GROWING YOUR FAITH IS AN ONGOING PROJECT, ONE THAT NEVER ENDS (Tuesday, 9th June 2026)
Text for Today: Col. 2:1-15 “Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” NIV (vs.7)
Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase. When you have faith in God, you don’t have to worry about the future. You just know it’s all in His hands; you just go and do your best. Our faith becomes stronger and grows, as we express it; a growing faith is a sharing faith. As you walk with God, your faith will grow, your confidence will increase and your prayers will have real power. Therefore, growing our faith is an ongoing project, one that never ends. Faith is like a seed; plant it in your heart and your mind. At the appointed time, God will give you a mega harvest of what you need just when you need it.
How do you grow strong in faith, so you can overflow with revelation, blessings and thankfulness? It’s a process. Faith must grow by soil, moisture, and exercise.” For the next few days, we shall be considering seven things that will make faith grow. The first one is, FEED YOUR FAITH THROUGH THE WORD. Kenneth Hagin said: “Faith begins where the will of God is known.” How do you know the will of God? Read your bible daily and begin doing what it says and you will have a growth spurt in faith. The Message Bible translation of Psalm 34:8 says: “Open your mouth and taste; open your eyes and see—how good God is. Blessed are you who run to him.” Psalm 119:103 in the Message Bible says: “Your words are so choice, so tasty; I prefer them to the best home cooking. With your instruction, I understand life.” The Word of God is alive. Our faith activates the Word.
