LIFE IS GOOD WHEN YOU ARE WITHIN THE PURPOSE OF GOD (Tuesday,19th May 2026)

Text for Today: John 3:22-30 “John answered and said, “A man can receive nothing unless it has been given from heaven”. (vs.27).

Staying focused in life is more important than speed, because many people are going nowhere fast. Beloved, don’t compare your journey to other people, you are not running their race. If you want to be an eagle, you must be careful who you fly with. When you are active and stay focused on your assignment, there’s no time to talk about anyone. But when you are idle, you leave room for all kinds of foolishness. Divine backing will always be available to any man who stays where God has sent him to. The moment you are no longer where God sent you to, or what He asked you to do, His presence can longer be guaranteed.

Life is good when you are within the purpose of God for your life, and on the other side, it becomes miserable when you abandon your duty post for something else He has not committed into your hands. God will only release His blessings upon what He has commanded and will ignore whatever that is outside His counsel for your life. Whoever engages in another man’s race, will lose focus and ultimately the reward that supposed to accompany it. If John had not been secured in his God-given identity and calling he might have become fearful and jealous of Jesus when his disciples came to tell him that Jesus was baptizing people and even some of John disciples have gone to stay with Jesus. But rather he displayed a different attitude which you need to take to heart, and say a man can receive nothing except it had been given from heaven.

You are a champion!
