NO LOVE IS EVER GREATER THAN THE LOVE JESUS GAVE (Wednesday, 25th February 2026)

Text for Today: Heb. 12:1-11 “Who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame,.(vs. 2b).

The love of God is the reason why all of us are hale and healthy today. Though we are incomplete, God loves us completely. Though we are imperfect, He loves us perfectly. Though we may feel lost and without compass, God’s love encompasses us completely. Jesus loves every one of us, even those who are flawed, rejected, awkward, sorrowful or broken. His love towards us is what makes the difference in our lives daily. People around you may tell you they love you and even try to back it up with actions, but I want to say to you today that, no love is ever greater than the love Jesus gave to us despite the price He has to pay for it.

There was nothing we did for Him to have gone to such a length to reconcile us back to the Father, for my Bible tells me that, “While we were yet sinners, Christ came and died for us.” No love is greater than the one He released toward us, and no man can show you any greater love than that. From our text for today, we could see that Jesus endured so many things because of the love He has for us. If you say you love someone, what sacrifices are you ready to make for the sake of that relationship. Many people profess love today, and disappear into thin air when challenges come around, that is not true love. When the Pharisees came for Jesus, even to the point of crucifixion, He never turned away from His love for us. Christ suffered and died, not for himself but for us. Christ died innocently on the cross as our substitute. What a great love!

You are a Champion!
