SET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT THIS YEAR (Thursday, 8th January 2026)
Text for Today: Eccles. 3:1-12 “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” (vs. 11a).
Those who know how to manage the time of life well end up being great in life. Whatever you commit your time and resources to daily will determine what the whole year will deliver unto you at the end of the day. That is why it is of great importance to get your priorities right from the beginning of the year like this. It is rather unfortunate that some people spend their precious times on frivolous things that will ultimately land them in serious trouble. And when they get into such troubles, they will now be disturbing some other people who spend their time wisely with it. Priorities that are well set and followed lead to good success in life. Not a few have gone into what adds no value to their lives, while many are also investing precious time in ventures that will eventually bring them down.
Beloved, you need to know that there are many roads in life. However, not all roads will take you to your own destination. Consider your vision, dreams and resolution for this New Year and thereafter set your priorities right. Every vision has the capacity to speak if it is well pursued. If you watch TV when you are supposed to be in church serving your God, you will pay for it. When you are supposed to be in your business place is not a time to follow somebody to a function that has nothing to profit you. Everything is profitable when it is done at its own time and as scheduled. Whatever you do each day of the year shall be summed up together, to determine your success for the whole year, so don’t waste your time.
You are a Champion!
Further Study: Prov. 23:1-9.
