Those Who Struggle With Divine Instructions Don’t Go Far In Life

Text for Today: Judges 16:1-21 “Then the Philistines took him and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza. They bound him with bronze fetters, and became a grinder in the prison.” (vs. 21).

Your ability to follow and carry out divine instructions is very vital to how far you will go with God, and the kind of exploits you will experience in life. God’s presence is forever abiding with those who keep His word and put it to practice.

The journey of life is very cumbersome for anyone to think he can go through it successfully on his own. However, the problem with many is that, we question divine instructions at times because it runs contrary to our human and canal thinking.

Don’t ignore God’s warning signs and then get surprised when you have to deal with the consequences that come with it. Never ignore a person who loves you, cares for you, because one day, you might wake up and realize, you lost the moon while counting the stars.

That is the best way to describe those who toy and joke with God’s love for them by ignoring His instructions. The more you focus on God’s love, the less afraid you’ll feel.

Beloved, I want you to know that, the greatest mistake any Christian can make is to substitute his own will for the will of God. The safest place in all the world is in the will of God.

From our text for today, Samson’s life was cut short because he went against divine instruction as regards the hair on his head. Those he used to torment before, became his tormentor.

You will not fall from grace to grass in life. May you enjoy grace to always take to divine leading and instructions in the name of Jesus. You will not miss your mark in life.

You are a Champion!
