GREAT IS HIS FAITHFULNESS (Wednesday, 5th November 2025)
Text for Today: Psalm 91:1-16 – “He will cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark.” (vs. 4).
Nothing can trouble a man who enjoys God’s faithfulness over and over again. As we continue with our study on the subject of faithfulness, beloved, I want you to know that, God protects those who belong to Him. The scriptures are filled with verses about His protection and care for His children. 2 Thess. 3:3 says, – “The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil.” Also, Lam. 3:22-23 says, – “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness.” God covers us with His compassion and mercy. If not for God’s mercies, we would have been consumed by the things we went through since this year started.
David said, “Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusts in the Lord, mercy shall compass him about” (Psalms 32:10). Trust Him in all you go through for “great is His faithfulness.” Also, we need to know that, God faithfully helps us to complete everything He calls us to. He typically calls us to do things we are inadequate to accomplish in ourselves, that way when they are accomplished, we know it is Him. Our confidence must be in Him and Him alone. That’s why we must never swell with pride when we accomplish something. When God calls you to do something, always remember, “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it” (1 Thess. 5:24). May you yet enjoy His faithfulness in your life the remaining days of this year in the name of Jesus.
