DON’T LET HIM STEAL WHAT GOD HAS CALLED YOURS (Monday, 12th October 2026)
Text for Today: John 10:10-21 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (vs. 10).
The devil derives joy in stealing from people what God has given to them, so as to throw them into a life of confusion. That’s why he sends his agents and demons into people’s lives to steal, kill and destroy. They are also known as evil strongmen who go about to do the bidding of their master. The evil strongman is the power standing between you and your Promised Land or divine destiny. In Abraham’s house the strongman was barrenness and lying. Some strongmen live in people like in the case of Goliath. They could also live in a member of a household. “A man’s enemies will be members of his own household” (Mathew 10:36).
There are strongmen promoting poverty, premature death, sickness, delay, barrenness, amongst others. A strongman is an adversary with a characteristic of intense hate at any human or anything Godly and a perpetrator of the same (Micah 7:3-6). He is also the commanding general of an evil army assigned against a person or place. He is also a boastful enemy like Goliath who boasted against Israel for 40 days. (1 Sam. 17). He is that fetish in law that has tied up your womb so that you cannot have children. The strongman is also, the power fueling that stubborn situation. The relentless pursuer like Pharaoh, who pursued the Israelites until he drowned in the Red Sea. He’s that wicked mother or mother in law that says over her dead body will you prosper in life. May the judgment of God come upon every evil strongman in your life in the name of Jesus.
You are a Champion!
