BE FEARLESS AND RUTHLESS AS YOU ADVANCE IN THE JOURNEY OF LIFE (Monday, 11th May 2026)
Text for Today: Mark 10:46-52 “Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, Son of David, have mercy on me.” (vs. 48).
Those who keep on fighting in the face of difficulties, will always have something to celebrate in life. Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop fighting. If you attack your problem with determination, you will surely succeed. Whoever waits for men’s approval before he gets anything done in life may have to wait forever. The truth you need to know is that, not all men around you actually believe in your dream. Thus, it will be a disaster waiting for the approval of those who never believed anything good could come out of your life. At times, for you to get to your throne in life, you’ve got to be fearless and ruthless as you advance in the journey of life.
Beloved, whoever gets offended today because of your dream, will be among those that will celebrate you tomorrow when you arrive at your destination. From our text for today, we could see the wickedness of men to fellow human beings. Blind Barthimeus had been around them for ages yet they did nothing to help him regain his sight. Only for them to shout him down when the poor man heard that someone who could deliver him was passing. The same people who couldn’t proffer a solution to his problem told him to keep quiet when he came across one. If you keep quiet on your day of salvation; you are doomed. Though he could not see, he was able to shout. Beloved, whatever good you have the capacity to do in line with your dream, please keep on doing it very well no matter the opposition, one day you will surely breakthrough.
