NO ONE CAN EVER GO BEYOND WHAT THE WORDS OF HIS MOUTH CAN CARRY (Wednesday, 4th March 2026)

Text for Today: Matt. 12:31-37 “For by your word you will be justified, and by your words. You will be condemned.” (vs. 37).

Whatever God has given you power to alter, no one will ever do it for you. We are living in a challenging world, and things are getting worse and worse by the day. It is, therefore, very important that we keep our eyes and focus on Jesus Christ and His promises to us, and do not allow the negativities of the world to discourage and pull us down to a place where we are confessing more negatively than we are positively. Our confession determines the kind of person we are ~ and the life we live. A negative confession has a negative impact in our lives and causes us to go on a downward spiral that breaks our spirit and dries us up on the inside, because it does not agree with what God says about us.

God is for us and He desires the very best for us. But it does not happen if we do not agree with what He says. A positive confession lifts us up closer to Jesus and His promises to us. Beloved, I want you to know that, what you say into your life regularly will eventually chart the cause of your life. No one can ever go beyond what the words of his mouth can carry. If there is anything going on in your life that you do not like, use the covenant weapon of confession to send it packing. If the world is saying it you are not expected to follow suit. You are to make a difference. Watch your words. Choose your words carefully and be mindful of what you say. Think before you talk. If you “miss-talk” you will be deemed as a “miss-fit”. Prov. 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

You are a Champion!

Further Study: Prov. 4:1-24.

Covenant Prayers

  1. Father, I thank you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
  2. I decree today that; my tongue will not destroy my destiny.
  3. I receive grace to confess positive things into my life.
  4. Oh Lord, I receive the ability to control my tongue all the time.
