The meaning of Unlimited

1. Unlimited is an adjective, which means:

a. Limitless
b. Unrestricted
c. Unrestrained
d. Unconstrained
e. Infinite
f. To be total

=> Man can be restricted, but God cannot be restricted.

=> We must stop equating the capacity of God with the capacity of man. God is not man!

Three ways through which believers can limit the power of God at work in their lives

1. You limit the power of God when you think or say that what His words say He will not do or is not possible.

2. You limit God when you doubt His promises.

3. You limit God when you reduce Him to a human being like you and confer on Him human limitations.

=> 2 Corinthians 5:7.

People in the Bible who limited the power of God in their lives

1. The children of Israel – Psalms 78:41-42.

=> They doubted God and spoke ill of His deeds, in the land of Egypt, and how He brought them out gloriously.

=> They forgot all that God had done for them. They forgot the victory God gave them over the Egyptians after they crossed the Red Sea.

=> Because of the trials of today, the spirit of doubt will make you forget all God has done in your life.

Things to note

1. Whatever situation or agent that makes itself your enemy was created by God.

2. The covenant-keeping God is also known as the unlimited God.

3. When you have the understanding that your God is the unlimited God, you will not be bothered by what people may do, or even when people look down on you.

4. There is no limit to what God can do; that is why He is the covenant-keeping God.

5. God is unlimited, but through some negative attitudes, you can limit His power at work in your life.

6. Limiting God’s power in your life does not mean the same power won’t work in another person’s life. God deals with us differently.

7. The fact that you haven’t gotten there does not mean that the unlimited God will not take you there. Keep following and serving Him.

8. Do not make decisions while angry. Decisions made while angry always lead to destruction.

9. Turn your grumblings into prayers, instead of directing them to God.

10. People can be your greatest assets in life, and also reasons for your downfall if you do not manage them well with wisdom.

11. Be careful of people’s comments about you, so that your response to them will not be a sin towards God.

Prayers

1. God, because You are the creator of heaven and earth, whatever You created that is being manipulated by the devil, and is standing on my path to the throne, by Your power, dislodge it tonight.

2. My Father, my faith looks up to you. This month of March, let me hear good news in every area of my expectations and desires.

3. My Father, every good thing my life is waiting for, oh Lord, may I not wait in vain.
