NOTHING CAN EVER BE TAKEN AWAY FROM IT BY MORTAL BEING (Tuesday, 27th January 2026)
Text for Today: Psalms 119:88-96 “Forever, Oh Lord, Your word is settled in heaven”. (vs. 89).
Whatever is of God stands forever and no man can change it. The nature of man and changes that occur in our society from time to time has made it impossible for any known law or regulation to stand forever. There is always a provision for some men to sit down and do a review again so as to be in tune with the current realities. For instance, Nigeria and many other nations are governed by laws which reflect what the Constitution says. However, there have been occasions, particularly during democratic dispensation whereby Lawyers got into serious contention because of some divergent interpretations of what the constitution says.
In such a situation, the Supreme Court, which is the Apex Court in Nigeria, is approached to interpret what the constitution actually says in form of judgment or emphatic statement. When such happens, all lawyers and their clients will automatically rest their cases. Beloved, I am glad to inform you that there is a BOOK that has been in existence for thousands of years of which no one has ever sat down to initiate its review. Why? The word in this Book is settled forever, nothing can ever be taken away by mortal being. It is all generation compliance and will continue to be, because it was written by the inspiration of the greatest teacher, the Holy Spirit. The Bible is the book of life that you either follow what is written inside and become blessed by it or reject it and suffer the consequences. As we approach the end of the first month of this great year, I charge you to study God’s word daily.
