THERE’S POWER IN THAT NAME BECAUSE HE IS ALIVE (Saturday, 7th March 2026)

Text for Today: Philip. 2:5-11 “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name.” (vs. 6).

Whatever you do not attach a great value to can never be a blessing to you. The name of Jesus is so powerful that ignorance of it is robbing many of God’s blessings and fulfillment in life. The enemy will do anything to keep man in the dark of the benefits attached to the name of Jesus, so that he can continue to oppress him. The truth is that the power in the name of Jesus brings deliverance from all oppression of the devil and delivers dominion to mankind. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved – Acts 4:12 (KJV). And his name, through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Acts 3:16 (KJV).

God, understanding the power of names, carefully chose the name of Jesus to reflect His purpose while on earth and after resurrection. The name of Jesus means savior. There is such power in the name of Jesus that it can enable those who invoke His name in faith to accomplish even miracles. Someone said, ‘The day of miracles is not past, because the God of miracles is still present!” I said these things because I want you also to experience the mighty power in Jesus’ name. There’s power in that name because he is alive and not dead. It doesn’t matter how big your problem is, how bad your sickness is, or how powerful the demons are. All of them are under Jesus feet. The victory is yours in Jesus name
