YOUR DREAM IS POSSIBLE IF YOU PURSUE IT (Monday, 13th October 2025)
Text for Today: James 1:1-8 “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials; knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.” (vs.2-3).
Those who are ready to make sacrifices for their dreams will rejoice at the end of the day. Not everyone who has a dream aspires to get it accomplished in their lifetime. Many people watch their dreams die a natural death while others give up over their dreams in the face of trials. As we continue with our study on achieving our dreams, the next truth you must know is that, (3) GOD ALLOWS TRIALS TO TEST YOUR DREAM. David wasn’t long into his celebrity status before King Saul wanted to kill him. In a very short time, he was yanked from his brief charmed life to being a man on the run.
He had to live with the responsibility of priests being killed because of him, his wife was given to another man, his family was displaced, and he was surrounded by discontented men. During this time, David learned to trust in God and receive strength even when times were difficult. Oftentimes, in our dream chasing, we will have times of trouble; yet this increases our dependency on God and we come to know Him more intimately. (1 Samuel 19-30:6). If David could survive and triumph over the trials that came his way, you also can triumph as well. Never allow any trial or difficulty to silence your dream, because the devil knows that, it is your dream that takes you to your throne in life. As we move closer to the end of this great year, go all out for your dream, no matter what may come your way, always knowing that your dream is possible and attainable. I pray for today that, you will finish this year strong and well in Jesus name.

- Father, I thank you for all that you have done for me thus far.
- I receive grace not to give up over my dream no matter the trials.
