WHAT YOU PLACE FIRST IN YOUR LIFE WILL DETERMINE WHERE YOU ARE PLACED IN LIFE (Monday, 23rd March 2026)

Text for Today: Philip. 3:1-11 “But what things were gain to me, I have counted loss for Christ.” (vs. 7).

Those who place a high value on the things of God and His word will forever remain close to His heart. What you prioritize in life shows the areas of your interest and your values. And what you value will largely determine what comes your way in life. Beloved, I want you to know that, what you place first in your life will determine where you are placed in life. The placement of God in your life by your will power will surely determine your placement and position in the world of men, since it is the Almighty that controls that. Scientifically speaking, God caused you to come first among millions of potential seed in your mother’s womb.

Thus, it will be a great disservice and ingratitude to God if you place anything above Him in your life. I often say to people that whatever takes you away from God, to the point whereby you have no time to pray, study the Bible and go to church, will ultimately limit your destiny or destroy it ultimately. I want you to know that, as human beings, we are daily encouraged to want more and more things. But if we make the accumulation of wealth the measure of our success, we are not likely to reach the goal. Prior to his conversion, Paul had many assets he considered important and valuable to the point that he has no regard for God. However, if he had all of these without Jesus, it will all end in destruction. Paul later wrote in 1 Tim. 6:7-8, “We brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it”. I am not saying that to be wealthy is bad, I desire it, but it will never take Jesus away from me.

You are a Champion!

Further Study: 1 Tim. 6:1-16.
