NEVER UNDERMINE YOUR WORTH IN LIFE! (Sunday, 26th April 2026)

Text for Today: Matt. 25:14-28 “But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord’s money” (vs.18).

Those who look down on themselves never amount to anything good in life. Never ever forget, even for one moment, how truly amazing you are, for the Bible says, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. When you are content to be simply yourself and don’t compare or compete, everybody will respect you. Beloved, you must learn to be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter do not mind. Whoever cannot believe in himself and his ability by virtue of what God has endowed him with, will never amount to anything good in life.

If you give yourself no chance, no one will give you any space to make it in life. Self-condemnation often goes hand in hand with unhappiness and anxiety, and it’s completely unjustified.  There is no reason to be your own biggest critic – to harp on yourself for your shortcomings.  All you really need is the courage to be yourself.  Your real value is rooted in who you are, not who you aren’t. The flaws you often see in yourself are only the qualities of your own individuality.  There is something unique and special about you.  You are different. Just as no two snowflakes are alike, your fingerprints are different from every other being on Earth.  You are meant to be different. When you accept this, there is no reason to compare yourself to someone or something you aren’t. The foolish servant, who lost out in our text for today, did so because he looked down on who he was and what was given to him. And remember, the Bible says, their master gave each one according to his ability.

You are a Champion!

Further Study: Ps. 8:1-9.
