WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE TODAY? (Friday, 31st July 2026)
Text for Today: Gal. 6:1-10 “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap”. (vs. 7).
I don’t struggle with people again these days after giving them counsel on the right thing to do, because they will soon see the results of their actions. Every one of us must be conscious and careful of what we do now and how we live our lives because the consequences of today’s actions will undoubtedly wait for us in the future. Only a fool and a thief will not take responsibility for the outcome of his actions and begin to blame others for it. Sometimes ago a man came to see me in the office and spent a lot of time lamenting about all that happened to him in recent years. When I told him to stop, because he wanted to continue after talking for over an hour, the Lord instructed me to ask him about his lifestyle in the past and his attitudes towards diligence and seed.
That was where he missed it. If you are messing up your life today and expect to have a good showing in the future, you are simply day dreaming. A story is told of a lady who fell at a train station. Everyone walked past her, but for a young man who stayed behind to assist the lady and even missed his train. On arrival at his destination, though behind schedule, he still went to the venue of his interview. On getting there, though late, he still met the panel because they were waiting for this lady who, unknown to this young man, was the secretary of the panel to interview him for the job. There was no need for an interview as the testimony of the woman caused the panel to unanimously offer the young man the job. His seed of kindness has been repaid! Be conscious of your actions!.
